An Innovation and Skills Development Centre with the vision to upgrade the value chain of architectural aluminium systems, both in Greece and abroad. Architectural Aluminium Academy is a research, education and consultancy centre with a vision for the continuous development of both professionals and businesses in the field of architectural aluminium systems. The organization was created on the initiative of ALUMIL and in collaboration with leading Greek universities (the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Macedonia), high-tech companies (D-cube, Atlantis Engineering) and successful companies in the industry (GLM, Alutrade). It is an organization recognized by the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation of the Ministry of Development, which is part of the innovation ecosystem in Greece.

- Professional Training: It includes two comprehensive training programmes ("Preparation of Aluminium Fabricator Certification” and "Aluminium Frame Technician"), which take advantage of the prospects offered by the industry, ensuring the professional future of both fabricators and young people interested in joining the industry.
