SURFACE TREATMENTS
A WORLD OF NO CONSTRAINS
Windows and doors play a vital role in buildings’ aesthetics, thus need to be offered in a wide variety of coloring and texture options to meet any requirement. Aluminum has the lead compared to other materials, as its color and texture pallet are unlimited. Dark or bright, mat, smooth, metallic, or even brushed wood effect, Alumil systems face no constraints.

M50FR
M50FR is a curtain wall system classified under the EI30 standard. The fire resistance capabilities of M50FR are achieved by using a specialized reinforcement profile in both the mullion and transom chamber, combined with a cooling material, to ensure exceptional fire protection. Intumescent tape plays a crucial role in this system, placed within the sides of the isolator and glazing holder. In the event of high temperatures, the intumescent tape rapidly expands, effectively filling the space within the façade area.
Features:
- System depth of 50 mm, offering a modern appearance and flat interior surface thanks to the use of the same mullion and transom profile.
- Versatile mullion and transom depth options spanning from 105 to 175 mm.
- Structural integrity thanks to the mullion and transom Moment of Inertia options ranging from 124 to 433 cm4.
- Expansive glazed areas with a maximum glass width of 1452 mm and a maximum glass height of 3204 mm, allowing for abundant natural light.
- Compatibility with fireproof glass and aluminium panels.
