Thermal break assembly for profiles

Thermal Break Assembly

The thermal break is a continuous barrier between the inside and outside window frames that prevent conductive thermal energy loss.
The barrier securely bonds the interior and exterior metal frames of the window sash. This thermal break creates thermal energy loss resistance and combined with gas-filled glazing, keeps the interior space of your window at a more comfortable temperature.

Usually the preferred insulating material is polyamide (a combination of nylon and glass fiber) which is very tough and can withstand the high temperatures of the painting oven, or PVC which has better thermal properties but has to be inserted after painting the profiles.
