ALUMIL, with 20 years of continuous presence at the BAU exhibition, participated with great success in the leading international exhibition of the building industry ”BAU 2019”, which took place from the 14th to the 19th of January in Germany, at the exhibition center “Messe München”.
Hundreds of people visited ALUMIL’s ultra-modern two-story stand, to see from up close the company’s new innovative aluminium systems, some of which incorporate international patents.
The minimal sliding and lift & slide systems of the company, with impressive dimensions that reached the height of 3,30 m, were among the showcased architectural systems being at the cutting edge of technological development. Specifically, the show was stolen by SUPREME S650 Eclipse, a new edition of SUPREME S650 PHOS with an innovative flush to floor track integrated into the floor, the automated sliding system SUPREME S650 e-Motion with a corner typology, the impressive entrance door SUPREME SD115 PIVOT with its outstanding design, and the brand new series of minimal lift & slide systems SUPREME S690 PHOS, which was presented as a concept for the first time – a unique innovation in the lift & slide category with an international patent by ALUMIL. Moreover, the structural bi-folding door SUPREME SF85 impressed the visitors, thanks to its robust and simultaneously minimal design with narrow sight lines.
Of course, the new minimal sliding SMARTIA M630 PHOS stood out too and is going to become soon quite popular, as it combines a lot of impressive characteristics, such as a narrow interlocking profile, profiles hidden into the wall, a very low track at floor level and a sophisticated handle with a smart lock which is internationally patented.
Regarding ALUMIL’s outdoor solutions, the new bioclimatic pergola SMARTIA PG160P Santorini impressed everybody due to its modern design and its high aesthetics and was presented also through VR (Virtual Reality), offering to visitors a unique experience of ALUMIL’s bioclimatic pergolas. Furthermore, WOODALUX, a new innovation of ALUMIL, which is a composite material that combines the advantages of aluminium with the aesthetics of wood, was a pole of attraction for a lot of the exhibition’s visitors.
ALUMIL’s 11th participation at BAU exhibition was definitely a success and proved the superiority of the company’s sophisticated aluminium systems on a global scale. Of course, the sky is the limit and new products and innovations are already in the pipeline. So, stay tuned until the next BAU.
