CLASSIFICATION
Understanding Fire-Rated System Categories
Fire-rated windows and doors are tested to determine their fire resistance duration under standardised conditions. This rating, based on Integrity (E), Radiation (W), and Insulation (I) values, helps professionals select compliant systems for building safety. Understanding this classification system is crucial for specifying appropriate fire-rated systems during design, with the values 30, 60, and 90 indicating resistance levels (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
E-Integrity
Integrity signifies the duration for which the door and its components effectively impede the passage of flames and hot gases from the heated side to the non-heated side.
EW-Integrity and Radiation
Radiation mirrors the performance of Integrity by effectively resisting flames and smoke when exposed to fire on one side. However, it goes a step further by additionally mitigating the transfer of heat from the heated side to the non-heated side, ensuring enhanced protection and minimizing the impact of thermal radiation.
EI-Integrity and Insulation
Insulation stands as the pinnacle of fire protection, offering the utmost level of safety. Alongside upholding the same performance standards as Integrity, Insulation goes above and beyond by effectively preventing any heat transfer from the heated side to the non-heated side, ensuring unparalleled fire resistance and safeguarding the surrounding environment.

S77FR is a hinged insulated system that brings fire resistance with an EI30 classification. Leveraging the renowned profiles and accessories of the S77 system, S77FR incorporates specially designed fireproof components and fireproof glass, ensuring robust fire protection. Whether for internal or external use, S77FR combines the advantages of a premium casement system with the attributes of a reliable fire-resistant solution, offering unparalleled versatility and performance.

M50FR
M50FR is a curtain wall system classified under the EI30 standard. The fire resistance capabilities of M50FR are achieved by using a specialized reinforcement profile in both the mullion and transom chamber, combined with a cooling material, to ensure exceptional fire protection. Intumescent tape plays a crucial role in this system, placed within the sides of the isolator and glazing holder. In the event of high temperatures, the intumescent tape rapidly expands, effectively filling the space within the façade area.

M84FR is a hinged insulated system that offers exceptional fire resistance, classified under both EI60 and EI90 standards. Designed for both internal and external applications, the system supports single and double doors combined with fixed partition walls for added flexibility. Notably, M84FR has achieved the EI90 certification for fixed typologies intended for external use.

M7R is a curtain wall system classified under the EI60 standard. In addition to the range of fireproof accessories and profiles utilized in M50FR, steel reinforcement is incorporated into the system, enhancing its fire performance to a remarkable 60 minutes.
