spaces. The architectural concept combines functional and aesthetic upgrade together with quality of workspace enhancement. Furthermore, new technologies and means of energy management are being introduced in the building. Wood and concrete paneling together
with metallic elements compose a functional workspace. The offices are separated with glass partition units while promoting unity of space, eye contact and light through interior corridors. Green areas are integrated into space as creative and collective
units for employees. The furniture is custom-made and alternative lighting sources and skylights set up suitable lighting solutions for working. Thanks to the control and monitoring systems that are installed, energy efficiency and lower energy consumption
achieved. The building’s external shell is coated with aluminium curtain walls and large wall tiles. Thus, a unique building façade is created allowing the employees into the building to work under high privacy but at the same time, it provides unification
with the external environment.
