ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on market abuse, hereby informs the investing public of the following transactions:

1. Mr. Georgios Mylonas (a person obliged under Article 19 of the Regulation), according to his notification to the Company, on 03.06.2025 proceeded with the sale by means of a private placement of 1,134,479 ordinary registered shares of the Company, for a total value of €5,558,947.10.
2. Mrs. Evangelia Mylona (a person obliged under Article 19 of the Regulation), according to her notification to the Company, on 03.06.2025 proceeded with the sale by means of a private placement of 486,205 ordinary registered shares of the Company, for a total value of €2,382,404.50.
