ALUMIL, ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA, declares the key financial data of the first six months of 2023 which ended on 30 June 2023.

THE GROUP

The Company’s turnover amounted to €196,6 million in the first six months of 2023, decreased by 4,5% in comparison to €205,09 million in the first six months of 2022. The gross profit was set at €46,1 million versus €60 million in the corresponding period last year, decreased by 23,1%.

The Group showed profits before tax of €5 million versus profits of €30,4 million in the corresponding period last year, decreased by 83,6%.

Profits after tax amounted to €2,9 million versus €25,3 million in the first six months of 2022, decreased by 88,4%.

The operating profits before tax, interests, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) were set at €17,3 million versus €39,8 million in comparison with the first six months of 2022, decreased by 56,5%.

THE COMPANY

The Company’s turnover was set at €127,3 million versus €141,2 million in the corresponding period of 2022, decreasing by 9,8%.

The gross profit amounted to €17.2 million against €29,2 million in the corresponding last year period, decreased by 41%.

In 2023, profits before tax amounted to €3,6 million against €18,6 million in the corresponding last year period, decreased by 80,7%.

Respectively, profits after tax amounted to €2,7 million versus €14,7 million in the corresponding period last year, decreased by 81,4%.

The operating profits before tax, interests, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) were set at €7,7 million versus €23,6 million in comparison with the first six months of 2022, decreased by 67,4%.
