In this sense, ALUMIL participated recently in “BRAVO Sustainability Dialogues & Awards 2021”. This institution is a platform for dialogue with the aim to point out the organizations that support a more sustainable future. Through its participation, ALUMIL showcased some of its most important corporate activities. The award eventually came for the «Employee Relations Discussions» initiative. This initiative that brought the award to ALUMIL is included in the “Governance” section. More specifically, this honor was about the job satisfaction survey that the company conducts every year, in order to improve its working environment. Through this annual dialogue the relationship between employees and upper management is getting stronger, while points for improvement are identified. More importantly, this is a chance for the company’s people to be heard, to express their opinions and share their own experience regarding their working environment.
