Crystal Residence- Gewan Island, Qatar
Situation
Gewan Island is a new mixed-use entertainment and residential island located 350 metres offshore of Doha’s West Bay Coast. The island is designed as an extension of The Pearl-Qatar to cater to its residents’ accommodation and investment needs.
The development has a site of 67 ha and a gross floor area of 360,000 m² and boasts residential units ranging from serviced apartments to beachfront, waterfront, and exclusive island villas; two hotels; an entertainment hub and a 9-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and a mosque.
