At ALUMIL, we sincerely appreciate family: our extended ALUMIL family, comprising our dedicated employees who are our most valuable asset, and the families of our employees, whose happiness and well-being are paramount to us. In our unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of togetherness and striking a harmonious balance between professional and family life, we recently organised a remarkable Family Day event that took place on Sunday, September 24th, at the picturesque Ktima Likno in Lefkohori, Thessaloniki. This day transformed into a warm embrace that welcomed over a thousand Alumilers of all ages! 

What began as an ordinary Sunday swiftly blossomed into an extraordinary celebration. Our Family Day featured a rich tapestry of activities, ensuring there was something for everyone. Attendees could engage in team sports and revel in the great outdoors with thrilling adventures such as the flying fox, survivor track challenges, climbing, and archery. Creative souls found solace in workshops designed to nurture their artistic side. Moreover, the event was studded with dazzling performances, including captivating shows featuring soap bubbles, acrobatics, and clowns.  

Beyond being a momentous occasion for camaraderie and getting to know one another better, Family Day also served as a platform to pay tribute to 125 of our esteemed colleagues. In a heartfelt gesture of appreciation for their dedication and invaluable contributions to the ALUMIL family, the Human Resources Department of our company presented plaques to those Alumilers who have remained steadfast with us for the past two decades. Furthermore, our Group's President and CEO, Mr. George Mylonas, took the stage to personally honour colleagues who have dedicated an impressive three decades to our company.
