Today, in Alumil Albania started the Academic practice from students of Polytechnic University of Tirana.

It is already a continuing tradition between the company and the University in terms of engineering students exchange for short term assignment before graduation. This spring, students of economic and materials engineering joined the company for one month training in the field of aluminum extrusion. Before the training, in separated groups students are acknowledged and prepared over the internal infrastructure communication and safety in order to normally move through the facility and prevent unexpected incidents and then accompanied inside the factory. 

Every session students have access inside the factory throughout the production lines where they observe and study the main industrial processes under the surveillance of company engineers and production specialists. The practice lasts one month and at the end of it each participant should be able of interpreting all the steps of aluminum profiles manufacturing to the board of University professors before graduation.

Not only a social responsibility but also a privilege to share experiences and technical information to the engineers of future in order to improve their ability of engineering behavior & comprehension. A significant collaboration in between, which helps the generation to grow with us.
