Seashore Rise

In one of the most picturesque areas of Athens, Glyfada, a residential building, stands out with its distinctive design, representing a unique architectural language. Seashore Rise redefines the boundaries of integration into the urban fabric.

The design by 314 architecture studio draws inspiration from the sea, and this is captured in a flowing way. As stated by the architectural firm, “the project stands as an experiment, both in terms of construction and the space the architecture takes in the city. We tried to adapt the concepts of movement and flow to the scale of a residence.”

On the interior, the white color creates a harmonious continuity with the façade. The design of the apartments resembles an abstracted variation of petal formation, and the double height of the ground floor residence enhances this feature; it seems like releasing the petals - apartments from the ground. The wide spans of the balcony doors allow natural light to enter unobstructed and highlight the surfaces. On the balconies of Seashore Rise, pools and small artificial lakes are carefully hidden, adding touches of luxury to everyday life.
