You can upgrade from one plan to another at any time.
You can upgrade at any time, by signing new contract. The lease period of the upgraded contract will be the same, without extension.
Since you have prepaid the lease period, you can cancel or downgrade only after the lease period end.
Do I have to pay for both? No. When you switch, you will keep all your Basic features but only pay for your new Add-on plan.
No, according to the contract you should inform us one month prior to lease period expiration about your will to stop or continue. By that period, you will get also a renewal offer.

Data remains at your PC, but you cannot access them.
All AlumilCal® Program and database updates are provided free of charge to customers in support and can be downloaded and installed via an internet account.
In the above Subscription price, we offer training in our premises in Thessaloniki, as well as online training and Webinars.

If you cancel subscription you should return the dongle to Alumil SA otherwise there is a penalty of 500€ according to the contract.
