The seven-floor construction is built exactly in the position where in the past was the Astoria cinema. Moreover, it is close to the emblematic Royal Pavilion (once a royal residency), the North Laine, which is a road full of cafes, bars and boutiques, as well as near Brighton Pier, an extremely popular dock with millions of people visiting it each year.

ROX Brighton attempts to incorporate all the elements that give Brighton its unique character. Initially, the building impresses with its elevated ground floor. This level will include exhibition spaces and shops. The rest of the floors have 70 apartments, all in line with the trends of modern residencies, emphasizing on comfort and minimal aesthetics. Many of the apartments have balconies with magnificent patio doors. Their wide window spans allow maximum daylight intake, creating a harmonious bridge between the internal and the external environment. Besides residencies, ROX Brighton houses gyms, library, garden and workspaces.

In addition, it stands out for its thermal performance, with energy efficiency certified for passive houses.
