Fire-rated systems: ALUMIL was the Silver Sponsor at the 2nd International Conference of EL.I.PY.KA.
ALUMIL actively supported the important event and presented four new fireproof aluminium systems.
The 2nd International Conference of the Hellenic Institute for the Fire Protection of Structures (EL.I.PY.KA) took place on 20 & 21 May at the Μ2 building of Thessaloniki Concert Hall. During the conference, many interesting lectures were held on new developments in the field of fire protection and fire resistance, the demands on specialized employees, the classification of the buildings according to their fire protection and the behavior of several building materials in fire conditions.
ALUMIL supported the event as a Silver Sponsor and presented four new fireproof aluminium systems. Specifically, these are systems that belong in the SMARTIA product range:
M84FR – Hinged, thermally insulated system with certified fire resistance EI60 & EI90. It provides a wide range of typologies and supports both external and internal use of single/double-leaf doors and a combination of these with fixed profiles.
S77FR – Hinged, thermally insulated system with certified EI30 fire resistance. The system is based on the S77 profiles and accessories, combined with the appropriate fire-resistant accessories and fire-resistant glazing.
M50FR - Fire-rated curtain wall system with a co-planar appearance inside and outside, thanks to the same mullion-transom profile. Compatible with both fire-resistant glazing and aluminium panels.
M7FR – Fire-rated curtain wall system with steel reinforcement. Compatible with both fire-resistant glazing and aluminium panels.
