Eneo at Tatu Central, located in the center of Tatu City, Sub-Saharan Africa’s leading newest city, promotes a modern corporate culture defined by tranquility, fresh air, and a peaceful environment.
The project was designed with climate in mind, optimizing natural elements for superior comfort. Its north-south facades provide natural shading, and perforated aluminum screens protect the east-west facades. Efficient cores are surrounded by deep floor plates, allowing flexible tenancy and future space planning.
The design also incorporates significant natural materials, with two towers connected by a stone-clad retail podium that transitions into a landscaped pedestrian walkway.
