Faculty of Electronic Engineering

The new building of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in the University of Nis in Serbia fits smoothly into the existing construction, highly revitalizing it.
The facade of the five-story building adds character to it and brings a modern and fresh sense. The new building is connected with the old one through an enclosed footbridge, marking an organic connection between the two constructions. The architects of Teking studio focused on functionality and their design strongly incorporates the white element, combined with numerous windows and enhancing the natural lighting.
The selection of a robust and highly energy-efficient aluminium curtain wall system underlines the intention to keep the new building in line with today’s standards in terms of energy consumption and resistance to heavy weather conditions.
