Finally, it is worth noting that it offers significant energy savings and is suitable for Passive House construction in the warm/temperate climate zone.

SMARTIA S67 PHOS

The system is characterized by minimalistic elegance, and stands out for its concealed sash solutions and minimally visible aluminium face (72mm), which give it a refined look. Therefore, it enhances the natural lighting of the space and upgrades its aesthetics. Moreover, it stands out for its performance, as it can "shield" every home when it comes to energy consumption.

SMARTIA M9660 PHOS

SMARTIA M9660, one of ALUMIL's most successful and value for money hinged system, has a minimal version (M9660 PHOS), which enhances its already outstanding features. With this version, the system is enriched with hidden sash typologies, while the visible aluminium of the frame is reduced to 70.5 mm, in line with modern architectural requirements for minimal design. The system is available in two thermal insulation versions (Standard and Hi) and has been certified by the ift Rosenheim Institute with level 4 air permeability, class 7A watertightness (300 Pa), while in terms of wind load resistance its performance is level C3/B3.
