ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA (the “Company”), in accordance with applicable legislation and the Athens Exchange Regulation, hereby informs the investing public that, following a relevant notification received from its major shareholders, a change has occurred in the thresholds of the Company’s voting rights.

In particular:

1. Mr. Georgios Mylonas informed the Company that, on 3/6/2025, he proceeded with the sale, by means of a private placement, of 1,134,479 shares, for a total value of €5,558,947.10. As a result, Mr. G. Mylonas’s total percentage of voting rights following completion of the sale amounts to 29.35% (i.e., 9,514,497 ordinary registered shares with voting rights), whereas prior to the sale, his total percentage of voting rights stood at 32.85% (i.e., 10,648,976 ordinary registered shares with voting rights).
2. Mrs. Evangelia Mylona, informed the Company that, on 3/6/2025, she proceeded with the sale, by means of a private placement, of 486,205 shares, for a total value of €2,382,404.50. As a result, Ms. E. Mylonas’s total percentage of voting rights following completion of the sale amounts to 13.14% (i.e., 4,260,682 ordinary registered shares with voting rights), whereas prior to the sale, her total percentage of voting rights stood at 14.65% (i.e., 4,746,887 ordinary registered shares with voting rights).
