On May 19, 20 and 26, members of ALUMIL’s Recruitment Team participated, both in-person and online, in the Career Days organized by the Schools of Economics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Western Macedonia as well as in the career event held by the University of Ioannina.

Investing in extroversion and understanding the need to connect the academic to the business world and to support the professionals of tomorrow in their first career steps, our colleagues gave a presentation for our company focusing on the benefits of our internship program and responding to students’ queries and concerns.

Emphasis was particularly placed on the participants’ skills development through the discussion of several issues related to the job finding process. Specifically, at the University of Ioannina, our Recruitment Specialists discussed extensively the effective use of LinkedIn and offered the students advice on how to improve their professional profiles while at the University of Western Macedonia the conversation focused on the ways candidates can properly prepare and present a competitive profile during a job interview.

ALUMIL remains close to the professionals of tomorrow, actively participating in the universities’ career events and contributing to the guidance of students and graduates in their transition from academic to professional life.
