The award ceremony of the competition “Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2019” was held on October 14, 2019 at the conference hall of Grand Hyatt Athens. The purpose of the competition was to recognize and reward the most dynamic Greek industrial companies. The award ceremony was attended by hundreds of senior executives, representatives of ministries, organizations, agencies and business associations.

ALUMIL was recognized among the most innovative, extroverted and dynamic industries in Greece, being among the three companies and the only aluminium extrusion industry which won two (2) Gold Awards. Specifically, ALUMIL received Gold Awards in the category "Investment & Strategy – Global Manufacturing Activities" and in the category "Innovation and New Technologies - Research & Development". The awards were received by the Group’s Production Director and the Group’s Research & Development Director respectively.
