ALUMIL’s systems where chosen for the large scale project “White Bay” in Israel
The impressive building complex White Bay located in the city Hadera of Israel. It is definitely one of the most advanced construction projects that are currently taking place in the region and will soon be completed. The White Bay will upgrade the area, as it is a unique project covering 30 acres next to the beach, in one of the most beautiful locations in Israel. The main building complex is surrounded by private luxury holiday houses, a shopping and leisure center, swimming pools, a night club, a fully equipped gym and a beautiful park serving as a “green” oasis for the residents.
The complex has in total of 365 luxurious apartments that follow modern architectural trends. All apartments incorporate a very sophisticated design, have large spaces and offer unlimited view to the see.
The high performance curtain wall system SMARTIA M7 was selected to “seal” the three buildings, meeting all stability and safety specifications whilst assuring outstanding aesthetics by offering multiple design options. In addition, a custom made lift & slide system was specially designed in order to meet the requirements for unrestricted view to the sea.
