This modern detached house is located in Novi Banovci, Serbia, a small town by the banks of the Danube River. Distinctive elements of the residence include its minimal design and the abundant light that floods the interior. 

The architectural firm Arhizen Studio created a building with a strong identity, evident in the roof's unique geometry, which immediately catches the eye and enhances natural lighting. Another distinctive feature is the small interior courtyard, which contributes to the overall sense of openness and deepens the dialogue between the interior and exterior environment. 

It is worth noting that the expansive openings, supported by minimal, high-performance aluminium systems, highlight transparency and spatial integration, allowing natural light to flow freely throughout the interior and to reveal its refined design details.
