Designed in harmony with the coastal element of Çeşme, Tonga Evleri is a modern residential project that establishes a strong relationship between architecture and its natural surroundings. The architectural design was developed by BAGO Mimarlik, which interprets the region’s natural character and local way of life through a contemporary perspective. 

Utilizing the site’s topography, the project integrates the sea as an integral part of the living experience. The continuous connection between interior and exterior spaces strengthens the relationship with the surrounding environment, while expansive openings and transparent surfaces enhance the general sense of openness throughout the residence. 

Natural materials and clean architectural lines define the project, bringing together the comfort requirements of contemporary living with a subtle aesthetic approach. This clear design language shapes an architectural identity that remains closely connected to its setting. 

The hinged and sliding, high-performance, aluminium systems support the architectural concept by contributing to increased daylight, uninterrupted views, and enhanced user comfort.
