The Piano

The Piano is a contemporary sixteen-storey mixed-use development comprising retail and office spaces, located along Brookside Drive in Westlands, Nairobi.

True to its name, the building’s façade draws inspiration from piano keys, creating a distinctive architectural identity.

Designed to meet international standards, The Piano provides premium office spaces that combine security, efficiency, and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses. Its advanced amenities - including standby generators, a borehole, high-speed passenger lifts, comprehensive security with CCTV surveillance and electric fencing, and an integrated fire alarm and detection system - ensure a safe environment.

The project incorporates the ALUMIL SMARTIA M6 Curtain Wall System, enhancing both the building’s performance and its sleek aesthetic appeal.
