Despite the 38-storey building permit, only 19 were constructed, with a low and horizontal style in order to achieve the least possible intervention in the region's historical identity. The linear architectural approach in the vertical and horizontal axis projects a sense of rigidness which fits harmoniously to the existing structural character, formulating at the same time an effortless luxury. Orientation and design allow for unobstructed views of the Marmara Sea. Large spans covered with minimum visible aluminum frames unify the internal and external environment, keeping at the same time a high level of privacy for the owners. Access to the building is given at the north side of the building, and thanks to its prominent position, it carries a strong advantage in local transportation.
