Moreover,  ALUMIL supplied the aluminium system for 28 very special villas, in record speed and under a very tight schedule, in the under-construction Sustainable City in Sharjah.

ALUMIL achieved a fenestration weighted average Uw per each villa between 1,63 to 1,68 W/m2K, in line with a thermal performance target of below 1,7 Uw set by the project stakeholders for those specific villas.

Given the opening design, dimensions per villa & the DGU of 1,2 W/m2K, ALUMIL was able to achieve outstanding thermal performance per villa by supplying state of the art, project-specific tested, thermal break systems, utilizing advanced thermal performance components such as up to 40mm polyamides, CoolTherm energy bars for the thermal break aluminium profiles and Warm Edge Spacers for the DGU.
