In pursuing a tranquil yet distinctive ambience, the project prioritised harmony throughout its design and implementation. The building embodies contemporary architectural principles, situated within the Bregu area of ZK Carallukë, under the municipality of Istog.  

Featuring three entrances—the Main Entrance, Basement Entrance, and Administration Entrance—the structure ensures accessibility and practicality. Parking facilities are positioned externally, optimising green space within the vicinity. From meticulous material selection to nuanced colour palettes and intricate details, coherence defines every facet of the edifice.  

Notably, the entrance presents captivating angles, often as a picturesque backdrop for various photography endeavours, a testament to its exceptional interior design.
