The complex of these tourist residences in Sparto, Aetolia-Acarnania, is a project of modern architectural design, created with a strong emphasis on bioclimatic performance and harmonious integration into the natural landscape. The area’s unique geomorphology and direct exposure to the waterfront created increased demands in terms of durability, protection, and functionality. 

The project, undertaken by  Kapsalis Construction Company, incorporates advanced sliding and hinged aluminium systems, selected to meet the project’s high-performance requirements, as well as its demanding architectural applications, featuring wide openings that enhance the view and strengthen the connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. 

The seafront residences in Sparto represent a contemporary addition to the area’s built environment and stand out for their minimal aesthetics.
