Minimal design, modern aesthetics and strict horizontal lines, are the main parts of the puzzle that completes this private residence in Halandri. The interior displays a sense of peace and calmness, that are achieved through minimalistic expression.

The building balances between two features. On the one hand cement putty in bright grey color on the walls and the roof, functions as a stable pattern of the whole construction. On the other hand, the set that is consisted of the fireplace, the furniture and the subtle light fixtures in dark earthly colors , provide a sense of robustness, highlighting the abstract style of the architectural design.

The building is completed by the minimal and elegant frames in the color of anodized aluminium, that by using the wide openings, they allow the natural light to enter unobstructed in the house. In this way, the details and the textures of the design stand out and the wide spaces are underlined.

The final result is a residence that is full of confidence through its comfort and simplicity, while at the same time combines the urban atmosphere – a very common element in the big cities – with a monastical arrangement without unnecessary additions.
