In the location of Kanistro at Chalkidiki, overlooking Sithonia and Mount Athos, the luxurious hotel complex virtually emerges from the ground. The "integration" of the building within the site is combined with its northern orientation, offering cool conditions to its guests during the summer period. The slope and the morphology of the terrain allow the unobstructed view towards the sea. Moreover, the building’s special placement, ensures a high level of privacy, hiding the main circulation artery from public view. Every part of the complex is integrated into the natural landscape, colored by the earthly shades of carefully selected structural elements.

The frames of the large glass surfaces have borrowed the color of the olive groves of Halkidiki acting as one more integration element of the building to its surroundings. A contemporary fresh design approach shapes the interior design character of the building, by giving emphasis to the formulation of a unique experience for every visitor.  which is focused on the visitor.
