Initially constructed in the late 1920s, the Manna Sanatorium was a haven for tuberculosis patients seeking healing within Arcadian woods. Despite its idyllic setting, the advent of penicillin rendered sanatoriums obsolete, leading to Manna's abandonment and subsequent repurposing. This historic property's revival aims to redefine hospitality, wellness, and retreat through a contemporary lens, transforming it into a modern sanctuary.

The revitalisation honours the monumental heritage and architectural details by preserving its roots while embracing a contemporary approach. The welcome area, lounge, and kitchen foster a sense of community, emphasising down-to-earth hospitality. With 32 rooms featuring timber space grids and original elements, Manna blends heritage with modern design.

The material palette prioritises sustainability, utilising locally sourced materials and natural finishes. Manna aspires to be a timeless sanctuary, fostering community in gathering spaces and providing opportunities for connection and introspection.
