Gentle Park

In one of the greenest areas of Sofia’s southern part, Vitosha, a modern, gated complex of 12 luxurious residences, draws attention with its unique design.  

All the buildings of Gentle Park are 580 sq. m. and each of them has two floors, a basement and its own courtyard with a swimming pool. The modern aesthetics of the houses underline a sense of unpretentious luxury. The marble intertwines with the wooden surfaces to highlight the clear lines. The architects of LP Consult focused on the functionality of the spaces and the harmonious connection between the residence’s interior with the exterior around it.  

The wide window spans play a significant role in this. The windows are covered with thermally insulated aluminium systems of minimal aesthetics and high performance. In the same sense, the residences are supported by curtain walls, bi-folding doors and an aluminium system for the atrium, ideally complementing the final result.
