FIVE Jumeirah Village Hotel is a landmark hotel and apartment building at the center of Jumeirah Village Center, right in the middle of New Dubai.

This 60-storey, five-star hotel has 247 rooms and suites, 221 one- and two-bedroom hotel apartments, and 33 four-bedroom hotel apartments, all with their own private pools.  Each floor has a series of balcony sky gardens and sky-high swimming pools.  

Each apartment in the cylindrical building incorporates a landscaped garden and private swimming pool – even at a height of 800 feet. There is ample sunlight shining through the core of the building and a vertical microclimate thanks to the integrated ‘sky gardens’ that help to maintain the temperature naturally
