I hereby declare the following with respect to my personal data, as I shall fill them in the following tab, and more specifically, my contact details (“the Data”).
The purpose of processing my Data from the Data Controller, an SA company under the name “ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA”, seated in the Industrial Area of Stavrochori – Kilkis (“the Company”), is my briefing about the products, the actions and the news of the Company.
Having been informed here
(a) of the Company’s Privacy Notice and, in particular, of my rights relating to the protection of personal data (and more specifically, the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection).
(b) in particular, that, in order to exercise my rights, the competent contact person appointed by the Company is the Data Protection Officer, whom I can contact at the e-mail address [email protected], and to whom I shall address any possible request for exercising one of my rights related to my personal data.
(c) that I reserve my right to withdraw the consent, which I provide with the present, either by sending e-mail at [email protected] or by choosing the relevant “Unsubscribe” command that accompanies every email I receive from the company.
I grant the Company the right to use, maintain and process the Data I provided it, and I explicitly consent to their use exclusively in the above context.
