Mumbai is the most populous city in India and constitutes the country's economic and business center. In the southern part of the city, today stands one of the most impressive modern buildings.

25 South is a luxurious residential building situated in a prime location (Prabhadevi) overlooking the Arabian Sea. Designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Architect Hafeez Contractor, with Karl Wadia as the chief architect of the project, the building has 57 floors and provides luxury three and four-bedroom residences. The overall construction is impressive, as it consists of 2 connected towers, creating a unified entity. The interior design has been optimized to maximize space utilization.

Notably, 25 South is equipped with quality aluminium systems by ALUMIL that cover the wide window spans, allow natural light to enter, and enhance the interior while providing an unobstructed sea view.
