"The main element of this unique "cave" (ed. for “Ncaved House”) was the large, framed view of the sea to the east and the interior atriums to the west, unifying all the interiors with the landscape. Skyframe Residence
A residence can be both inspiring and functional, improving everyday life. This is demonstrated by the 𝗦𝗸𝘆𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, designed by the architectural firm ENAprosEKATO - Constanti Architects.
This impressive detached house, located in Nicosia, catches the eye with its innovative design, dominated by the cube element. As stated by the architectural firm, “at the heart of the design is a philosophy of introversion and privacy, where the architecture shields itself from the public realm, embracing a sanctuary-like inward focus”.
It is worth noting that at the Skyframe Residence stands out the glass volume of its upper level. This transparent cube rises above the rest of the structure and offers a unique office space with unparalleled views. Advanced aluminium systems for frames, curtain walls, and wall cladding played a decisive role in the final outcome. They supported the architectural vision in an ideal way, providing high performance and modern aesthetics.
