"The main element of this unique "cave" (ed. for “Ncaved House”) was the large, framed view of the sea to the east and the interior atriums to the west, unifying all the interiors with the landscape. ALUMIL's minimal aluminium systems helped us to achieve exactly this purpose. We used the SUPREME S650 sliding system of the PHOS series, and this choice proved to be a justified one, offering functionality and sophisticated design."

Kep Merli
Nestled in the picturesque north peninsula of Kep Merli, the villas offer breathtaking views of the open sea, Corfu Island, and Ksamil Beaches. The journey to this serene retreat begins at the top, descending through an amphitheatre-like garden framed by rustic stone walls that contrast strikingly with the villa's minimalist design.
The entrance is located on the transparent ground floor, accessible via a scenic stairway path. Inside, its villa features a continuous, fluid space that provides panoramic views from every angle. A double-height area connects the two floors, serving as an inner garden with olive trees that enhance the sense of indoor-outdoor living.
The ground floor houses day areas and recreational spaces, including a spa and a home cinema, while the bedrooms are on the first floor. Characterised by their two-sided transparency, the villas emphasise a strong connection to the landscape. A two-sided garden and an open terrace face south, featuring an infinite longitudinal pool surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, creating an idyllic coastal haven.
