ALUMIL's minimal aluminium systems helped us to achieve exactly this purpose. Golden Reflection Residential Building
Golden Reflection, a residential building on Tirana's prominent "Rruga e Elbasanit," near the Artistic Lyceum, is a testament to modern living. With ground-level retail spaces housing shops and cafes, the upper eight floors boast 17 diverse apartments, while two underground levels cater to parking needs. The luxurious top floor features a spacious apartment, and a centrally positioned staircase grants access to all levels. The sixth floor unfolds into a roof terrace for its residents. Curved corners echo the street's continuous lines, harmonising with the surroundings while introducing a captivating contrast to nearby structures.
The building's footprint accommodates varied apartment types, promoting a dynamic living experience. Using a reinforced concrete structure and brick walls, the curtain wall cladding system becomes a standout feature. Golden glass tiles create a mosaic effect, reflecting light and enhancing the building's substantial presence.
Black alucobond panels accentuate horizontal stripes, providing visual contrast and contributing to a cohesive yet diverse facade design. Ground-floor storefronts unify through signage, lighting, and materials, offering a cohesive brand identity and an enriching pedestrian experience.
