Garitage Park-Buildings 3 & 4
Part of a broader multifunctional building complex, Buildings 3 & 4 of Garitage Park fit perfectly with the contemporary architectural approach of the project and express the values of transparent architecture.
Garitage Park is a highly ambitious project which constitutes the first multifunctional complex in Central and Eastern Europe with BREEAM Communities certification for its performance in terms of economic, social and environmental sustainability. Buildings 3 & 4, designed by Ilian Iliev’s architectural studio Planning, will be used for office facilities and follow the principles of sustainability as the whole project.
A characteristic feature of the building is its broad glass surfaces on the facade, which allow plenty of natural light in the interior. The glazing is supported by a robust, energy-efficient aluminium curtain wall system. At the same time, an aluminium solar shading system with elliptical louvers has been installed to complement the construction. On the ground floor, the thermally insulated bi-folding door “welcomes” visitors and employees, while access to the roof’s panoramic view is achieved through an advanced, hinged aluminium system of high performance and functionality.
