ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. (the “Company”), in the context of proper and timely information to the investment community and in accordance with the decision 25/15.4.2024 of the Regulatory Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026:
| Publication of Annual Financial Statements 2025 | Wednesday, 22 April 2026 |
| Αnnual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) | Monday, 6 July 2026 |
| Annual Analysts' Briefing | Monday, 13 July 2026 |
| Publication of Financial Results for the 1st half of 2026 | Wednesday, 16 September 2026 |
The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, provided that it informs the investors in a timely manner by amending the present announcement.
It is noted that the financial results will be announced after the closure of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session on the Company's website (www.alumil.com) and on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).
