Located in Byramji Town, Nagpur, Wadhwani Bliss is an ultra-luxury residential development by R Sandesh Group. Designed by Kalpesh Patel, Founder and Principal of Design Division, the project translates the openness and privacy of villa living into a vertical residential format. Spacious residences, large decks, double-height terraces and private elevators shape its architectural character.
Architectural Vision for High-Rise Living
The design responds to Nagpur’s climate through proportion, horizontal layering and environmentally responsive planning. Recessed balconies act as shading devices, helping reduce solar heat gain and glare, while large openings strengthen the connection between interiors and surrounding views.
