Nestled along Prvog krajiškog korpusa Street in Banja Luka, this hotel project reflects meticulous urban planning. The zoning plan revision paves the way for a comprehensive redevelopment, blending the reconstruction of the existing building with a strategic expansion, creating a 6-floor structure with a penthouse and a new 9-floor addition.

Implemented in phases, the hotel accommodates 118 lodging units, including 3 rooms catering to individuals with restricted mobility. The ground level integrates a restaurant, functional kitchen, lobby, reception services, restrooms, and supplementary amenities. A two-level banking area adds a sophisticated touch. Service entry points and a fire exit, strategically placed for accessibility, enhance safety measures. The first floor introduces modern conference spaces, with a larger hall accommodating 150 individuals and three smaller multi-purpose halls.

Elegantly appointed hotel rooms and apartments span across the subsequent floors, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and contemporary design in the heart of Banja Luka.
