Area Sales & Marketing Manager

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi
  • Engineering Degree in Civil, Mechanical, and Architecture
  • Postgraduate studies in Business Management and Administration

Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills using PPT
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Orgadata
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position
  • Field expertise in the Façade industry (Construction, Engineering, Cement, Metal, Fittings, Material, etc.), working with Architects, Fabricators, Builders, etc.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and company profit by attracting customers
  • Travel to the assigned area to find potential customers and gain market share
  • Bring projects to the company through contacts with developers, architects, and intermediaries
  • Propose structurally feasible solutions according to project needs and engineering preferences
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to train existing and potential customers and promote company products
  • Provide accurate information about our products to clients
  • Research competition in the area and identify Alumil's competitive advantages and weaknesses
  • Develop a fabricator network in the region and maintain stock orders
  • Issue quotes/offers using Alumilcal software
  • Maintain weekly reports and submit Project & Retail Forecasts on a quarterly basis
  • Daily entry and update of CRM
  • Generate cash flow through warehouse-based retail sales

Additional Duties:

  • Manage daily sales operations
  • Coordinate with the logistics department for order placement and follow-ups
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments of the company
  • Monitor competition and provide technical information to management

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to present the company, products, and services to manufacturers, architects, and clients
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Architectural Aluminium systems
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable product ranges
  • Provide innovative and technically correct solutions to unique client requests
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset
