High levels of protection

The level of burglary resistance offered by a frame can vary and serve other needs, depending on the space at hand. ALUMIL certified systems fall into three protection classes (RC), so you can choose the solution that meets the needs of your space. Each category is listed below, depending on the procedure applied during the tests.

RC2 Level Protection
The potential burglar tries with simple tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers and a wedge, to breach a locked and bolted frame to the structural elements.
RC3 Level Protection
The potential burglar tries with additional tools, such as a second screwdriver and a crowbar, to breach the locked and bolted frame to the structural elements.
RC4 Level Protection
A more experienced burglar uses a saw and extra tools, such as a crowbar, hammer, chisel, and cordless drill, attempting to breach the frame.
