SUPREME Hotel & Spa
Nestled along the captivating Qerret Beach, responding to the surging tourist influx and the demand for premium accommodations, SUPREME Hotel & Spa is a modern marvel in hospitality design.
The 7-floor structure, harmoniously positioned between existing buildings, showcases a blend of form and function. Accessible from the southeast secondary road, the hotel boasts a 'barrier' square, enhancing visibility and allure at the entrance. The ground floor, adorned with a restaurant and an expansive entrance hall, leads to the first floor's SPA Area, Indoor Pool, and other amenities—the upper floors house 121 thoughtfully designed rooms, ranging from standard doubles to luxurious suites. Vertical movement is facilitated by two elevators and emergency stairs, crafted for safety and aesthetics.
Aesthetic simplicity defines the building's exterior, adorned with a semi-structural glass facade and ALPOLIC tiles, lending it a distinguished identity. The facade, designed with a ventilated system, prioritises energy efficiency and solar radiation protection. Overcoming challenges, the project met the ambitious deadline, delivering an immersive experience where every room offers a mesmerising sea view.
