Yes, visits to our showroom are by appointment. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time to your project without waiting, ensuring you receive the best possible service from a specialized consultant.
How long does an appointment usually last?
The duration depends on the requirements of your project. On average, please allow approximately one hour for a full tour and briefing.
What will I see during my visit?
You will have the opportunity to see our full range of systems in person and at full scale. You can test their functionality and find out more about available options in colors, textures, and levels of thermal insulation, soundproofing, and security.
Can I choose accessories, such as handles and hinges?
Of course. A variety of accessories in different designs and colors are on display in the showroom. The details on handles and hinges are what complete the aesthetic result of the window or door system.
Will you recommend a fabricator for my project?
Through the MyWindows platform, we give you access to ALUMIL's wide network of certified fabricators. This way, you can explore your options and get in touch with the partners that best fit your needs and location to receive a quote.
Is it necessary to visit the Showroom before requesting a quote from a fabricator?
This is the most effective approach. Visiting allows you to know exactly what you are looking for (system type, insulation level, aesthetics), so that the quote you receive from the fabricator is accurate and tailored to your actual needs.

Do I need to bring architectural plans with me?
While not mandatory, architectural plans are extremely helpful. They allow us to get a complete and clear picture of your space's requirements, enabling us to recommend the ideal technical solutions.
Where can I see the available colors and textures?
Our showroom features a specially designed color chart area. You can choose from a vast variety of shades and unique textures that match the aesthetics of your project.
Will I receive a quote from Alumil?
As a manufacturing company, Alumil designs and certifies systems, but does not undertake fabrication and installation. In the showroom, you select the solutions that suit you. You will receive the final financial offer from the fabricator of your choice, who will calculate the cost of materials (profiles, accessories, glazing) and labor.
Can I return to the Showroom with my architect or family?
Certainly. It is common for private clients to return with their partners (engineers, architects, contractors) to finalize details, such as color selection. The Showroom serves as a point of reference for everyone involved in the project.
