High levels of protection

The level of burglary resistance offered by a frame can vary and serve other needs, depending on the space at hand. ALUMIL certified systems fall into three protection classes (RC), so you can choose the solution that meets the needs of your space. Each category is listed below, depending on the procedure applied during the tests.

RC2 Level Protection
The potential burglar attempts to force open a locked and secured window frame at its structural points using simple tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wedges.
RC3 Level Protection
The potential burglar attempts to breach a locked and secured window frame at its structural points using additional tools such as a second screwdriver and a crowbar.
RC4 Level Protection
A more experienced burglar uses a saw and extra tools, such as a crowbar, hammer, chisel, and cordless drill, attempting to breach the frame.
