Procurement Intern
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send the request for quotation to the suppliers.
- Prepare the comparison of the offers.
- Prepare the purchase orders.
- Send the purchase orders to the suppliers after confirmed by the procurement manager.
- Follow up on the buying process and update the buying status of the products.
- Checking the delivery on time of the material/ service.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by procurement manager.
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in economy or engineering
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
- Previous working experience is preferable but not mandatory.
